- All registered deals & applicable incentives (including percentages and figures)
- All pending claims & expected payments from IBM
- Regular updates on new (or changes to existing) IBM Incentive Programs and how these can be used (in general and on a deal-to-deal basis)
- Provision of expertise and experience as and when it’s needed
